An Introduction: Texas Tech vs. Texas A&M

You'll note that I've revamped the Introduction section to make it a little more simplistic. For one, it was really time consuming, and as pretty as this is, it's not very time consuming at all (Note to self: please let me have plugged in these numbers correctly so that I don't sound like an idiot). You can find all the stats you want on Texas Tech and Texas A&M at the official NCAA website, which is where I always pulled my numbers previously.

i hadn't realized...

that a&m’s rush defense was so poor. I think the ok state and army games probably inflated it. Anyhow, I think this could be the game that Batch RUNS for 120 yds and Woods adds another 80 for 200 yards. Probably the first time in the Leach era over 200 rushing. Oh and Harrell will bounce back from 284 yards passing to 482 yards on many more opportunities.

pass offense

is there pass offense good because noone pass’s on them they just run the ball on them or do they have some defensive play makers?

their pass D is bad because of the Army and OSU games, mostly.

obviously you didn't watch the OSU game

The Army game and their 1 reception for 4 yds has skewed our pass defense stats somewhat.

As to whether our pass defense is good b/c people only run on us, well, I could ask the same thing of Tech. Is your pass defense good only b/c people know they can run on you?

I didn’t watch the OSU game, it wasn’t on television.

I wouldn’t say Tech’s pass D is very good at all, really.

None of our defense is very good, from these eyes. Terrible? No, but not very good, either.

Great Stuff Seth!!!!!

Very well done. I know all seems very frustrating but again Tech must keep it’s eye on the bal l. Win this week, go t o Kansas and win and r ol l the dice in J ones against the Teasips. Ruf fin must go all out against Texas. I don’t think Texas wil l hold the bal l as long as Nebraska because if we give them any room they will take it to the house. Anyway, WRECK"EM TECH
