ummmm awesome!!!!
this is exactly how we needed to start this game!
If we finish this same way College Gameday and the tea sips are coming to town
and freeman has 275 yds passing in 22 minutes

Is anyone listening to the game on the world wide internet? I live in CA and have to suffer with the Packed In.
I just don't know why you schedule Tech for homecoming
think that event planner gets a big ‘EPIC FAIL’ put on their file
Kansas should have their homecoming during basketball season.
Almost 6 minutes on this drive.
That’s pretty good.

Has to give Tech confidence that they will be able to score a few points against OU

I don't know how I feel about a guy named Jacoby on the team.
To Red Sox-ish. Go Phils!!!
i would like to bring up again
OU only beat KU 45-31
we’re gonna blow that out of the water

What do you think Tech's next stunt will be?
A year’s supply of kegs to a student who could be a lockdown corner!
lol. you’d probably have students from all colleges in the state trying to win that one.

hopefully it carries over to next week.

what is the deal with Crabtree?
I know he hurt his ankle last weekend, but his stats have been down this season.
and defenses are trying to take crab away

i suspected you had a sense of humour beergut.

So..
After watching this absolute ass whipping, I must eat crow. And I admit it tastes AWESOME!!!!!!
And huge time of possession advantage – big difference from some of the recent games

Commentators
So, who wants to bet that when this game is done the commentators will downplay the win and say that Kansas really wasn’t that good of a team?
by Crabtree_for_Heisman on Oct 25, 2008 1:22 PM CDT reply actions
na... they'll just talk about texas...

They can say whatever they want – if Tech plays this way the rest of the year look out.
by jeffinhouston on Oct 25, 2008 1:24 PM CDT up reply actions
No kidding...
“You have to excuse Kansas….they played over their heads during the OU game….and the loss devastated them. Tech won’t REALLY be tested until they meet the number one team in the nation. Unless they play them at home….which would be completely unfair.”
well
they’ll be right
Kansas ISN’T that good of a team
but they are ranked in the top 25 and this is a dominating win
so even if they try to downplay it, they can’t
And another one
Getting fucked like their team.
by Jason Roberts on Oct 25, 2008 1:27 PM CDT up reply actions
Tech's not playing Kansas.
They’re competing with Oklahoma to see who lay a bigger slap to the face of Big 12 North football.

does Harrell have 500 yds passing yet?
if he does, pull him.
If not, I can see why he is still in.
Leach wants to help his award chances.
Meanwhile in College Station:
“Leach….you ass!! Take a knee….I don’t care if it’s the 3rd quarter!!!!”
I wouldn't be able to

Sup Fellas
I’ve watched Tech on and off for the past five years… always been a fun team to watch. But man – this is the best the offense has ever looked. I like the fearlessness to go down field with the ball. Texas is going to have their hands full… I don’t think the Longhorn D will be able to hold Harrell and Co. down for four quarters.

I am so impressed with all parts of the Tech team today – best I’ve ever seen
by jeffinhouston on Oct 25, 2008 1:40 PM CDT up reply actions
I don't know if I agree with that
I don’t think most Heisman voters watch every game
so doing it one time won’t hurt you
continually doing it, though……
FYI, I will be in Lubbock next Saturday. If anyone’s not going to the game, y’all want to meet somewhere?
beat texas
and then you can say you are “elite”
Slaughtering a Big 12 North school doesn’t make you elite.
probably not unless there’s a defensive td for tech
by jeffinhouston on Oct 25, 2008 1:44 PM CDT up reply actions
obviously
all those other schools that used “exotic” defenses to stop Tech were wrong.
Playing them straight up is the way to go, right Mangino?
Well fellas...
great game…you’ve got a great team and I wish you the best in the Juggernaut that is the big 12 south…I think you’ve got as good a shot as anyone at that thing and the Texas vs. Texas Tech game could be a great one…thanks for the great coverage this week…and all those who exchanged thoughts, ideas and discussion…turns out you were right for the most part…again good game guys.
Some people are like Slinkies...not really good for anything but they make you smile when pushed down the stairs.
thanks man! best of luck to you!

and texas
as well as Latin-American studies
Notre Dame has a major called “American Studies”
Their whole ’88 national champion team majored in it.
They’re basically liberal arts degrees with minimum requirements for certain types of classes, like Math or Science, that they can cluster the football players in.
At Mississippi, their Criminal Justice degree doesn’t require you to take math or science. Guess what major most football players at Ole Miss are in?
are rieslings kind of sweet? unlike today for Reesling.
