Recruiting On The High Seas: LaAdrian Waddle
How about that, another commitment, this time from Columbus, Texas offensive tackle LaAdrian Waddle. If you're not a subscriber to any website, then make sure and check out ESPN's profile page as there's plenty of video and a good write-up on LaAdrian, who's profile is added to the left sidebar.

One quick question, there's been quite a few recruits make commitments in the last couple of weeks, a number of them high-profile and talented players, would a coach who allegedly has his foot out of the door have this much success recruiting players?
LaAdrian, welcome to Texas Tech and Git Your Guns Up!

way to go...guys (not)
with only two posts, you two have succeeded in disparaging this young man’s Mother AND Father! To what purpose?
Who comes up with these names??? I’m fairly sure that would be his Mother.
Yes, his name is Waddle, and I doubt he chose that name either – but its probably not the first time he’s heard THAT one. By the way – he’s on our side! I would expect this kind of stuff from UT or aTM.
A young man gives his committment to play for our team, and that gives us the right to make fun of him? Nice welcome.
I have a friend who’s son was recently recruited to a major University. Don’t think that parents don’t read this stuff, and take it to heart.
Think before you write.
WOW!!!!!! A 6’5" -315lb. high school player….that’s incredible!!!! I just can’t imagine how good that kid could become w/the right tutelage/development. And given the performance of our O-line, I think he’s in the right place.

athletic family
I think his cousin played O tackle when North Texas beat texas tech in lubbock same last name also another waddle cousin played defensive end at oklahoma state his dad played at texas a&m as well as another waddle named percy. he has lots of potential for division 1 college football. He can also play baskeball well as his mother’s side of his family are all tall bball players. I consider this a steal.
Columbus
On I-10 Between Houston and San Antonio. I have seen him play and has some decent skills. He’s a big guy who’s quite athletic for his size. He also has the intelligence that we need in College Sports these days. FYI…i used to live in Columbus so I might be a homer. I want everyone to think of me tomorrow as my wife will be having our baby tomorrow so there is a possible chance I will have to watch the recorded version of the game. I will be staying away from all outside contact after 7pm Saturday night.

Congratulations
If it is a boy, do you name him Michael Graham, or vica-versa?
Just kidding.
Here’s prayers your wife and child will both pull through in fine health. Football is way down the line when family matters are at a peak. I hope your wife wants you in there with her. You will never forget it. What a wonderful time. Be strong, kind, loving and have great faith in the Lord. All will be good.

It's a girl
I was thinking maybe Crabtrina or Grahmtrice….maybe not. I will be in the room. So that will be my focus. But I will record and avoid everyone until I watch the game. Thanks TT Pilk645.
