Texas Tech senior quarterback Graham Harrell (Ennis, Texas) was named one of 13 finalists for the Wuerffel Trophy, announced Tuesday by the All Sports Association, Inc., in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. The national honor is bestowed on the college football player that best combines exemplary community service with outstanding academic and athletic achievement.
