Heisman
this weeks standings are out and it looks like neither graham or crabtree are out of it yet! I was worried they might drop too far after saturday, i'm relieved to see that people still have sense in them that they are still great players. I will be perfectly happy if either or both of them just make the trip to new york!

I think both will probably end up in the final five and get an invite.
1. Bradford
2. McCoy
3. Tebow
4. Harrell
5. Crabtree

Its all about hype and style
If OU loses or looks bad in Stillwater and Texas A&M makes McCoy look bad and Harrell has a Massive and I mean massive day like 450 to 500 yards passing against Baylor and 5 to 7 TDs with 3 or 4 going to Crabtree and Tebow having an average performance or a low performance, then its still possible for Harrell to win the Heisman.
Historically, its the 1st or 3rd in the Heisman watch rankings that wins the trophey.
So lets demand an extreme blowout against Baylor to not only improve our BCS chances but also help out in the heisman race.
To the Bayor fans and team, its just unfortunate that a huge Blowout is necessary to achieve the end goals this season of perhaps getting into a BCS game or to the National Title and helping our players out to have a shot at winning the Heisman. Nothing personal about this, its just what is neccessary to achieve the end goal which is to play in either the NC game or a BCS Bowl!

Baylor
could be our roadblock, but at home, Tech should easily win this one. Harrell and Crabs should do well. Who knows how the voters in all of the polls will respond. I still feel that Harrell should be the fronrunner for the Heisman. His year has been one on continuous improvement. Despite the one loss, bad though it was, he has continued to perform admirably throughout the year, pulling himself together, and the team with him, to highten his play to pull out victories. My vote has and will always this year been for Harrell. Crabtree is one of the top athletes in college football and deserves to be in the mix as well. I would certainly want him over any other player for my team.

Baylor
Again, I’m alittle sorry that we have to play Baylor now, I wish it was Iowa State but Tech must bring on the beat down on Baylor. I’m a Baptist Red Raider and I do feel alittle sorry for Baylor. I do like Art Briles but Tech needs to score 60+. We put 56 on OSU so if we click at all we will at least get that. As far as Harrell/Crabtree I would love one of them to win the Heisman but if they both make the top 5 and get invited to NY that would be great publicity. Winning isn’t imperative but being there is. Wreck’ em Tech Beat Baylor Keep Leach
