Congrats on a Fine Year of Football!
Sunday's events aside, let me congratulate you and your team on a stellar year of football. No matter how things are spun, there's simply no way to discredit an 11-1 mark, particularly out of the most tenacious division in football this year. All three teams had a phenomenal year, and that should not be lost in the noise of this incessant clamor to crown the national champion (whatever that means).
Take it from a Tennessee fan. Things could have been a lot worse.

Thanks holmes
we’re pretty happy with it too, and quite frankly anyone who expected this much success at the beginning of the season was being wildly unreasonable. Good luck with the Boy Wonder and all that.

Thanks, Hooper
And we’ve been where you are many times, but with less chance of recovery. How about let’s make a date for the NC game in about 5 years. (Hope you don’t mind if we sneak in there before then just for practice.)

You're welcome (to both)
I’d love a matchup in the NC game. And we’ll still live vicariously through your Pirate Cap’n from time to time until our own ship gets righted. ;-)

Thanks Hooper…I hope Kiffin works out for you. College football is better off when Tennessee is good.

And thanks to you, too.
I really appreciated the conversations we’ve had over the last few weeks here and at RTT.
