Congrats Charbonnet! National DEFENSIVE Player of the Week!
Isn't it ironic that over the course of the season, our offense has gotten all the attention and this week Tech features the NATIONAL DEFENSIVE Player of the Week? That's right, it's Daniel Charbonnet. Not only Conference Player of the Week, but also National! Great Job! And you could even argue he wasn't even the MVP of the Defense this week, with the way Whitlock and the D-Line played! Way to step up on all sides of the ball, Red Raiders!

the recognition just keeps coming...
Hooray for the Defense, and especially Charbonnet! I loved the comment during the broadcast… that McCoy and Texas were executing the same plays, but with different results BECAUSE RUFFIN HAD THEM PREPARED.
By the way… I just received an update on the voting for this week’s AT&T player of the week, and Graham has 74% of the vote so far – no one else was even close! WHEN he wins, that will make three for Graham and five over-all for Texas Tech!
