BlogPoll Ballot: Week 15

Here's this week's edition of my BlogPoll ballot.

I'm now convinced that the best method of voting is resume only and after getting a year under my belt, I have a much better idea of how to rank the teams and my method.  I realize the inconsistency in the ballot and you won't find anyone that is without inconsistencies.  Hopefully I'll be asked back to participate.

I'm beginning to think that I'm the only one that thinks that Texas Tech's loss to OU is better than USC's loss to Oregon State, Penn St.'s loss to Iowa,  or Utah's undefeated season.  Any if anyone should gripe about my ballot it should probably be the Utes.

Next year, I think I use statistics to make these decisions a little easier to make and blame if the ballot looks screwy.
