They suggested that defense matters just as much as offense, and we all know that is not tolerated here at Texas Tech. Leach’s mantra: gimmick offense, no defense. Leach was concerned that the 11 wins was just too much. I’m glad he’s committed to getting this program back where it belongs: 7-9 win range. He was kind of steering this ship off course, what with running the ball, playing defense, and beating ranked teams. I don’t know how much of it my tiny Tech brain could handle.
