If Leach leaves, this won't matter

But I have been thinking of some way to ease my brain from the stress of the last few days.
Parking during the Leach era has become a huge problem what with the increased number of fans and tailgaters........would it not make sense to build a parking facility OVER the 'marsha" just to the north of the stadium, maybe even a mulitlevel? Seems to me that the "extra" 3 mil raised for the fortunate 500 new indoor fans ought to do the trick. Please discuss.
