I chose Chris Perry as the most likely person

to step it up. However, if all those listed challenge for a starting position, it can only help Tech as a whole. I hope they all bust it and encourage all the other contenders for starting positions to do so, also. I feel the Raiders will be greatly improved this coming year, especially with the "NEW BLOOD"!

before I list Swindall...

I would put Todd Walker and probably Lyle Leong. Leong is in position to be the #2 guy for both the X and Z positions. Some even think he could move ahead of Britton. Swindall is #2 behind Lewis in the battle for the Y and nothing has changed that so far. Todd Walker has been the most talked about WR at spring practice so far. The White Knight (he's shown up in white jersey, shorts, and shoes every day) this spring and has more than impressed everyone so far. So right now, I think Walker, Leong and Lewis are the guys needing to "step it up" at WR before we look at Swindall. Swindall's speed (and hands superior to Lewis) will have him catching plenty of balls though.

Britton

has also had problems catching the ball. I recall at least 2 dropped passes in the Gator bowl and there were others earlier in the season. If Britton doesn't fix that problem then the backups could replace him.
