I've never understood

why he can't catch on at a NFL team. I seem to recall that while at Chicago they wanted to convert him to a linebacker, but I guess that's not Winnepeg's intent.

I agree

this guy had a nose for the football!!

I know he timed a slow as death 40 when he was at the combine (like a 4.81 or something).  But there should be no reason why this guy cannot make a team, after all, he was the Big 12 defensive player of the year!

Can't believe Slay couldn't make it in the NFL, but good for him to get to continue getting paid to play football.

I think

Slay had an injury in training camp, if not mistaken. Hurt FAs don't get many looks from other teams...hopefully, he finds success up there.
