Penultimate Pick'em Post

As we tick down to the last game of the season, there exists a three-way tie atop the heap with TT Owned Aaron Rodgers, plano jeff, and Bellate Impavide all sharing a record of 18-15. Congrats and I hate you. Depending on how tonight's game goes, a champ will be crowned outright, or the tiebreaker will go into effect. Consider yourselves fortunate that I was charitable enough to miss every pick since Texas Tech/Ole Miss. I can now spend the rest of the offseason wondering how Seth ended up with a better record than me.

Bellate impavide means something like fearless fighter? Is that Latin for fearless champions ever be? or are you in the Army? and TT owned Aaron Rogers
May I just say I hope OU wins 31-38 and I’m keeping my day job. The Texas OSU game was no fun to watch once I realized Texas wouldn’t cover. And how the heck does Pitt not put up Bupkiss against the beavers? Oh well. Maybe next year we finally will have that illusive South Carolina/Oregon State match-up and SC will come out on top of OS. Was that wrong?

It’s true and soon you will be owned by TT Owned A-Rod too. All I need is Florida to win and it’s going to happen. I am completely unbiased towards this game and I think the Gators will slice through the OU defense. It may be a high scoring affair, but I think Florida is better equipped to get defensive stops anyway. It will all be settled soon! Utah for the NC!

I think only 10 teams picked [favorites] covered the spread.—before tonights game— Ball park speakig here, if we had all picked the underdog,, you would be at somewhere around 24-10 plus [-] 1-2 games. Still 22- 12 would of been tons better than most of us did. I enjoyed it and thank Mojave again for the fun, or not so fun.

Well regardless of who ends up with the crown, I had fun.

But next year, and hopefully for the NCAA Tourney!!!!!, I hope everyone uses their DTN screen names so we can really tell who’s who. Can we do it for final 4???

Okay, we have a winner!

Looks like all three of you finalists ended up being total Big XII homers and picked OU, maintaining the tie, but only one of you made the shrewd move of hedging that bet and picking Florida to win with his tiebreaker guess at the final score. TT Owned Aaron Rodgers wins- congratulations: bear your internet crown with pride and dignity.

It was a fun bowl season cheering for all the teams I picked. Tough competition and the group was very close the entire time! I’ll be back next year to defend my title!!
