woot! my first post and thoughts on okie state
*in a dr. nick voice* Hi everybody!
hey everyone. Been reading this blog for awhile but now i decided to join and post my views and thoughts on our red raiders. Now, as for okie state, i really dont know what to expect from this weekend game. I have mixed feelings about both teams D. I think it might be tough for us to get the run game going agaisnt their d. We can throw the ball all over them. But i think our D makes enough plays and gets enough stops for us to pull away.

It depends on
which Tech team shows up. If the defense plays like they did against KU, UT and NU we have a great chance of winning. The offense will take care of itself provided we execute properly eliminate all the penalties. Not sure who our QB is going to be but I still feel like the running game is how we can win this one despite all the stats that say otherwise. Batch and Jeffers offer so much that is under utilized and defenses expect tech to pass on all 4 downs so take advantage of that. In the end this will be a close game in the first half and the second half is dominated by the winning team. Of couse all this is just my speculation.

Agree
We’ll need to call on our RBs to take over the game like Batch did against KU. I think we’re pretty even with OSU in most respects, they also lost to Texas and UH. I think good decision making at the QB and our ferocious front four make the difference and we get the win. We win the turnover battle, and we win the game.
