slow start

but things have picked up at the end of the half
nice defense – block leads to an easy layup right before the half
way to close out the period

they seem to be letting their offense carry this game and have given up playing defense

I missed the game

But it looks like Tech tried to make it a game against clearly inferior talent. At least Singletary stopped the turnovers, but he and Roberson missed a bunch of free throws. Both teams had the same number of field goals & 3-pointers, but Tech shot the ball a lot less often, ending with good FG % and 3-point %. Like it was mentioned, little defense, a lot of offense. Seems there is still a lot of work to do defensively for this team before they enter Big-12 play. A win is a win, even if it is a bit on the ugly side. Congrats to the team. Now, let’s hope they pick it up against UNM. GO TECH!
