This is a link from the blog of a Houston lawyer who blogs on lawyer stuff - redundant, I know. He offers a unique breakdown on the Tech offer to Leach and possible solutions.
I have no idea if this guy is credible or a crackpot, but it's an interesting read.

I think that this guy is by far the most level-headed person I have heard talk about this dispute…Let us put him in the room and see what can get done when adults negotiate
