Around SBN: Jeremy Lin Continues Rampage, New York Wins On Road

I hope this doesn't mean Sammy is on the street. This is my first fanshot so hope it works.

Me, too

Sammy has been one of those backs that does not seem to do much, but teams also seem to go get him. He has what is called “intangibles”. He is a great fit in NE and I do not see him being through there. I think Belichick knows Sammy’s worth and will keep him at least one more year. Then, it may be time for Sammy to retire, before he gets thrown in at the wrong time and gets injured badly. ONE MORE YEAR, Sammy…..

no way in hell sammy is out of a job for that. after this year, the patriots will be keeping 4+ RB on the roster.

I see it happening that Sammy and Taylor split time at #2 proper with Sammy seeing more carries in the red zone and Taylor seeing more carries between the 20’s (Fred Taylor’s never been a TD machine, but he’s always good for yardage).

And we all know how healthy Maroney has been in his first three years.
