Just saw we had another new commit on Scout. One is a DE and the other is an athlete. The DE was also offered by LSU as well. I like that we are getting some good tallent early.

I know they are just verbals but...

I really didn’t realize the difference this past season would make on recruiting…it’s increasingly obvious that there are alot of people besides us Tech fans that believe it was not a fluke.

Jackson Richards has a Texas Tech for quite some time, not sure the exact time, but it’s been months. Richards is a very good player. The one that surprised me was Zachary Winbush, was actually trying to dig up information on him before I watch Mavs vs. Suns.

Jackson Richards is about as Tech solid as they come. This guy is verrry excited to be coming to Tech.

Man, just get to nine wins and a good bowl game next year and we should be golden for recruiting (and as of now, we’re silver and that ain’t bad). 2010 sets up as another “best season ever” scenario if all things play out like I think they will.

2010 is setting up to be a run. Maybe 2009’s “9 wins” and a good bowl will gives us 2 years in a row with 10 plus wins. Recruiting will get even better. I’m licking my chops!
