Texas Tech coach Mike Leach listed quickness as Williams' best attribute. Leach believes that Williams would have improved his draft stock if he returned to Tech because he would have gotten stronger and tougher.

"He's a pretty skilled guy," Leach said. "He's quick off the ball, has really good pass-rushing skills. The thing he needs is to get bigger and stronger.

"It's not like the market is going to go down. The money only goes higher every year. He probably would have been drafted sooner. I just think as far as developing a level of strength and toughness, it probably would have helped him."
