UT assistant coaches received bonuses for playing in the 2008 Big XII championship game. Wonderful for them. I wish I could get a bonus for doing accomplishing imaginary feats at work. I sure wouldn't complain about it. I guess my boss would just have to be a real arrogant prick who feels I earned something for the company that the rest of the outside world didn't recognize. Amazing. But such is the arrogant fantasy land that UT lives in.

They did "Share" the Big-12 SOUTH title
Maybe that is what the bonus money was for…..NOT!!!!
As you said, the arrogant nature displayed at UT goes all the way to the top. How in the world can ANYONE get a bonus for NOT winning a Big-12 championship, or,for that matter, even being a participant, when they NEVER GOT THERE??? AMAZING!!! No doubt, though, their time will come. They feel they are invincible and the only way they do not win (they never lose, right?) is by pure bad luck, because NOBODY CAN BEAT!!! THEM>>>>

when you have the kind of money that they have, it burns a hole in your pocket… I guess. I can’t wait for that game. There will be alot of pub for that one. Plenty of motivation for both teams, and quite a bit on the line since it is early in the season. It’ll be fun to sip on a cold one or two and see what happens.
Oh UT...
It seems like most of the time that school is convinced that what it thinks about the world is reality. I haven’t seen something this immature in a long time. It is actually very unprofessional and embarassing. I guess when you have as much money and resources as they do, it only makes sense to get really mad that you can’t find a way to win the Big 12 more than twice since 1996.

Tu is just that. Living in their own dream world. Maybe they also paid the custodians for the cleanup of the game. My maid went to TU.

Yea it’s stupid that they paid them for the championship, but I do like the fact that they aren’t afraid to shell out the money for top notch assistants. Maybe if we had been more willing to pay our assistants we wouldn’t have lost Littrell and would be able to recruit better assistants. Not to say that ours aren’t good but coordinators like Muschamp that cost that extra money are what helps to take a program to the elite level consistently.
