I was really looking forward to some random analogy or just off the wall advice like he gave about dating last year. That was just a poorly written commercial, period. Good to see him using the rights to his image he fought so much to keep, but man… sad day…

This was payed at the game Saturday and got quite a good laugh from the crowd. I’m not sure it was intended as anything but that – a short crowd pleaser.

BTW, another thing I liked at the game were short sound bites by Zach Thomas, things along the lines of “3rd down and long! C’mon folks, let’s make some NOISE!!”.

Don’t get me wrong… I love our coach… and he cracks me up in interviews and stuff like that even when they are loaded questions. This just seems so scripted and forced. I’m sure in a game environment at the Jones it would be fun enough, it’s just not as high quality as his random ramblings in my opinion.

I like the thought i read somewhere else: they probably got Leach to do this and said, OK, go make yourself a script to talk about ____
