Another story on "revenge"
Get a load of this guy. Talk about a one sided article. Not the best article I've read on the game, but it's sure funny. He adds a little fuel to the fire but in a different way. Now I'm just trying to make the 75 word minimum, and I don't think I'm quite there yet. Rambling on and on at this point. Got it!!

Mack the whiner? Classy?
“It really isn’t about that one second last year,” Brown said.
Sounds like he’s still in denial to me. They all want to forget that they led the game for a whopping 1:28.

I don't think this
is the same guy. Jeffrey Martin is the beat-reporter for the Rice Owls at the Chron and previously he was the K-State beat reporter for one of the Kansas papers last year. In fact, I think the K-State guys really liked the coverage that Martin had on their team and they missed seeing him go.

Jeffery Martin
Is a Kansas dude. Works for the Wichita Eagle and is basically a mouth for University of Kansas as Wichita is the location of U of Kansas sub campus and location of their medical school and agriculture departments.

Denial Ain't Just A River In Egypt
What a homer article! Of course we want to disrput the establishment! That’s how we’ve been since we first joined the SWC back in ’60.
If our boys settle down & execute blocks & get good defensive pressue, I like our chances.

Revenge?
So, I guess this year the Longhorns will actually try to beat us, huh? This whole “revenge” idea is so stupid. What does it mean? Does it mean this year they really, really, want to win? Does it mean they’ll try harder? This isn’t any different than any other year – both teams want to win. “Revenge” means nothing.

That was the most
Lopsided article I’ve ever read. I would have expected to see trash like that in the Longhorn student paper.
Looks like the perpetual underdog will have to make a glowing statement again in front of a national audience this weekend.

All this revenge talk is silly...
Texas lost 98% of that game and had a miracle chance on an interception to seal a last minute win. Revenge seems to be the media word of the week for this game.
