that given the cones and tape surrounding the spot, it was probably the Construction Co. that did it. No telling if the paint will still be there once the construction is over but LEE LEWIS CONSTRUCTION sure is prominent in this picture, dontcha think?

Good enough for me. I saw at lubbockonline that Leach was asked about it and a local artist did the work on short notice. Now Leach has a place do park his dingy before boarding ship.
