Amendola
http://www.bleedinggreennation.com/
Reported on bleeding green nation Danny was picked up by st. Louis Rams. Could not get the URl to take on Fanshots so now I'm trying to get to 75 words. The blog indicates he will be used primarily as a punt returner and has a shot as slot reciever. As I understand if a player is picked off another teams practice squad he has to be placed on the active roster.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Double-T Nation's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Double-T Nation's writers or editors.

53-man roster
Yes, Danny must stay on the 53 man roster but isn’t necessarily going to be active every game. However, given the Rams’ current offensive woes he is a good fit and has an excellent chance to play meaningful downs for the Rams. That’s great news.

My thoughts exactly. Does anyone remember that is exactly how WW got his big shot. As I remember, he was on SD doing returns, ended up in Miami, showed what he could do……………………….
glad he's off the Cowboy roster
Since jones decided to pick that no-tallent Aggie QB this passed draft, i’ve decided to boycot them. Harrell is 100000 times faster, accurate, and all-around great leader. Jones just wanted to improve on Aggie Ticket purchases.
Wait, this post is about Amendola. Sorry, off on a rant. Good for him. I wish him the best and will be looking for him this week if I get the rams game on Direct tv.

All the little people
Welker, Amendola and Morris are all very similar, each having his own nuances to set him apart. The bottom line is that they all know how to get open, catch the ball and move the sticks. I sure hope Morris can show enough now that he is off the injured list to warrant an NFL team snapping him up. There is also hope ahead, after October 1st, for Harrell to make an impact on the Rough Riders. Like all Red Raider fans, I feel he drew the most unbelievable slight by the NFL I think I have ever witnessed. There are still a few teams that could really use his abilities right now, just like I think the Rams will do with Amendola. Good luck to Danny. He is definitely worthy of the opportunity.
