Make your prediction for the game. What will happen? Who will lead the offense and the defense? Finally, predict the final score.
Synopsis of the Game :: I get the feeling that the defense is going to really step up this game and I'm thinking that you're going to see lots of three and outs. Offensively, I want to see a mix of Potts getting into some sort of rhythm and the offense as a whole getting into rhythm with the running game. I'm not at all worried about Baron Batch getting repetitions at this point. He's going to be fine and if there's no need, then let's just all relax and give him some time to work up some anger at his opponents because the coaches won't let him play. Please, no more than seven penalties.
Offensive MVP :: QB Taylor Potts: Potts will make a name for himself nationally right off the bat. I should probably make a rule for myself that I'm only allowed to predict Potts for Offensive MVP for 1 game, but right after this game. Yep, I think he's going to be special.
Defensive MVP :: DT Colby Whitlock: Given that this is a game that North Dakota has a very inexperienced offensive line, it would not surprise me in the least to see Whitlock just absolutely dominate the line of scrimmage.
Final Score: Texas Tech 49, North Dakota 3
