I love the TT passing game.
I think Prince would look good in this scheme. Their wide splits and O line seem to protect their QB’s a lot better than our O line does.
And, for the most part, their receivers run their routes, completely and don’t drop the ball.

I have to tell you.
I have never seen an offense like Tech’s. Many Bruins were lobbying for doing whatever it took to get Coach Leach to jump ship and come to UCLA. We had a good D this year, and if we had had Leach’s offense, we would have been a pretty tough team.

Ruff deserves...
a lot of credit for his courage and faith in the players. I’m not sure he deserves taking on the HC challenge, but I wouldn’t feel bad if they give him the chance. I think he would hold things together until we get back on our feet.
BTW, last week my top 3 on the wish list was sumlin, tuberville, briles…..but now I think Ruff gets the job.

Have ya’ll noticed how UT and ayanem fans have changed their tune. They used to say Leach was a sorry coach with a gimick system. Now they say he was great and now we will are irrelevant.

Which is why I’m comfortable in saying that. Personally, for example, I’ve criticized Leach pretty harshly for some fundamental flaws that I perceive in his coaching philosophy, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t think he deserves credit for the good things he’s done. That also doesn’t mean I think he deserved to get fired the way he did.
Heck, there are fans half-jokingly suggesting we try to replace Greg Davis with Leach. It will never happen, but it goes to show how much respect Texas fans have for Leach’s offensive success.
