O.K., this one is a bit different, I find myself absolutely delighted with the whole of it. Obviously small town southern Louisiana with the wonderful local creole french southern Louisiana accents coming though...if you have ever traveled southern Louisiana, perhaps it will bring back a fond memory.

This shows Brandon Smith, one of our 3 star DB prospects, in his home environment...likely similar in their own way to the guys in Florida, Warren and Langham.

The step they are taking has to be huge, academically perhaps, but surely culturally in day to day life, academic environment, training, practices, and daily tempo.

Thanks Jeffin, it feels like it is me !!

I guess there is a difference in MicroSoft Explorer and this platform….

Sometimes a river boat can out run a pirate ship.

Brings back memories....

Think I’ll have to add one more to the invite list for our annual crawfish boil. Lord knows he will be tired of the fake cajun food around these parts.

Are there any authentic cajun food places in this area?

Drive 2 hours south to Midland when my grandmother is in town.

She grew up in Lake Charles and Monroe. Last name Thibadeaux. I get mega fat at Christmas time, that’s all I’m saying.

Amen...

boil about 100 crawfish… drinking with dad and the uncles all day and night, keep popping tails until we realize its 2am, then keep popping tails and saving them. Nothing better than a hungover crawfish omlet, or crawish sprinkled over some pizza.

If you're talking about Lubbock....

NOOOO! Jazz, Gator’s Bayou, and Lonestar Oysters all make attempts at it, but none fully pull it off. Your best bet for Lubbock Cajun is lonestar or Jazz, but dont expect authentic.

There used to be a really great Cajun place that lasted about a year.

It was in the small shopping center behind Chick-Fil-A.

Small mom and pop place.

Very authentic.

That sucks.

Now the only authentic is at my place as far as I know. I should sell it.
