That’s right fellas, I’m quoting LL Cool J because, well, I’m a fan and it fits.
Regardless of the respect factor, how nice is it to watch/listen to a couple of guys who actually do a little research and homework PRIOR to forming their opinion. The respect factor is nice too.

of course we have earned their respect by beating them the last decade…but I really do like their fans…what is it about them? can we post a permanent link to HuskerExtra…?
My brother-in-law is a Corn Husker.
He’s a pretty stand up guy and even though he married a Longhorn (yes that would be my sister) he’s always given us props.
Her…not so much. But what does she know? She’s a Longhorn.

Oh those Huskers...
Definitely some of the best fans in the nation. They give everyone such respect. When we were winning this year against them they ended up cheering for us because we were doing well and booing their team for their subpar performance.
There were many “Welcome to Lincoln”’s that day to our traveling fans and players.
Balanced and fair analysis...
Two of my best friends are UNL alums and they are all cut from the same mold… of course they love their Huskers but they also have no problem giving credit where credit is due.
However, at the end of the day, I believe they were just stating the facts. Texas Tech winning the South this year wouldn’t be a “surprise” to any one of us.
To make it plain and simple... I bleed Scarlet and Black!
