Fox 34 Video Coverage of Leach Stuff - Check Out What Hance Says About Leach's Post Game Speech
According to a written statement provided by Leach's team, Hance was in the locker room after the Baylor and Kansas games and witnessed Mike's speech's.
After the Baylor game, he told Leach that that may have been the best post-game speech that he has heard and sometimes you have to "go West Texas" to get your point across. Amazing.

Websters Dictionary has a picture of Hance to illustrate the word "Hypocrite"
Just go Kent. Go away & don’t come back.

And sit on that toxic/nuclear waste dump you thought West Texas needed to have over their essential aquifer.

Kent Hance is a Snake!
Kent Hance is a man of questionable character; a man who has made his living as a professional politician, and a man whom will stoop to low levels to manipulate personal gain. He’s a blackeye to TTU and the Alumnus, and someone who must be ousted or we will all continue to suffer under his lack of leadership and moral and ethical code.
In short, he’s a liar and a cheat! Now, is that someone that should be our Chancellor?
There is no doubt
That Mike Leach really cared about the Texas Tech Red Raiders and how they played and represented the university. He wanted them all to perform at their best all the time and he was very emotional about that desire and commitment. He cared desperately for the Lubbock community as well. I think it was very hard for him to leave, especially under those circumstances. The Texas Tech administration cowered down under supposed pressure, but there was no reason for them to do that, except for their premeditated desire to get rid of Mike because they just did not like him. I have lived for several years before with someone in the house that did not like me. The cold that emanated from he was practically unbearable and started to affect me and my attitude. Thankfully, things turned around and all in very amicable now. Mike Leach had to endure something similar with the administration. I am sure that intense situation affected him in ways he may not have understood and he started acting in ways he would not have under normal circumstances. Yes, he could have handled everything better, but sometimes that just cannot or does not happen. As for Craig and Adam James, they were the underlying cancer that eventually broke through and caused irreparable damage. I know Mike will be OK and will eventually be able to coach again in, hopefully, a much better environment. Texas Tech must find a way to heal as well. We all know how that must begin. The rest will be an ongoing trial and error challenge to clear the name of Tech, because all of this will undoubtedly leave a very negative feeling amongst many fans, coaches, players and students at Tech and Lubbock, as well as many others people across the state and throughout the country. My prayers are for everything to be repaired quickly and completely.

1 ¶ O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.
2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever. Praise ye the LORD.
The healing will begin
When the cancer is removed.
