can we have a contest for a baby james T-shirt
I would like the same protocal for a t-shirt as the dtn t-shirt. I want to sell them wholesale at the spring game. therefore a red shirt is a must so ppl with put them on right away. other then that, let your creativity loose.
plus, I was thinking about it. Any comment from tuberville during spring practice suggesting that Adam is a slacker or whatever, will solidfy leachs arguments. I pray that he will!

Not cool, Chad
As much as I think Adam James is unworthy of being on the team, he is still a student and should not be harassed like that. Now, Craig James, on the other hand, he is a MAN. THE MAN! He instigated the whole scenario last December that started this whole thing rolling, giving our lecherous admin the catalyst they needed to do their dirty work. If you want to attack someone, let it be CJ, not AJ. Besides, it opens up a whole lot of things to put on a t-shirt. CJ is open fodder.

2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever. Praise ye the LORD.
I Agree Wholehardily
Especially he still is a student. I have a friend that has him in a class and currently he seems to be shunned by the other students but a T Shirt like this around campus could be asking for trouble.

I think it's the excitment only a free man can feel, a free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain. I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope." Red-Shawshank Redemption
I dont give a sh*t
not cool or not, this an easy yet it will make national news and to make our opionions heard/known! if some of you would rather a craig james then adam james, its up to you on your design. personally, i dont want adam james a student nor do i want him with a texas tech degree!
I agree with you theoretically. . .
no sympathy for Adam/Craig, but agree this isn’t a great idea. Don’t worry about him not getting pay back. . everyone at the school hates him and heckles him wherever he goes. He’s almost failing all his classes because he never goes.
word
that would make us no better than the james’.

It's Okay
Wrench I think a T Shirt idea is okay. If Adam is old enough to give a deposition, well, he is old enough you know.
norly
What would a t-shirt beratign AJ do for us exactly? I personally think that it would be a lame idea to wear a shirt bearing your conviction for AJ on it. Im damn sure not defending that rat bastard, but a shirt is just a stupid idea imo. I just wanna see adam come across the middle on a corner route and get lit up Jamar Wall style.

You know....
The first time AJ does get lit up at the Jones the fans will go nuts cheering. Should be interesting.
Don't know about a shirt
but my sympathy level for the little %#@* is pretty much non-existent. For a family so concerned with his safety and well-being, I can’t believe they sent him back to classes this semester.

Whether AJ is right or wrong does not matter to me.
I am not going to take some kind of remonstrative action towards him, nor will I support it.
Whatever his particular character, what happened at TTU is primarily the result of his dad’s actions.
There are plenty of people who can see the character traits exhibited and who know what is reasonable or no.
He is a member of our football team, I trust that the guys on the team can handle that situation. It is simply wrong, IMHO, to do anything more than that.

fine
can we do a funny one about craig james?
maybe add in his political career…uhum, that doesn’t exsist!
Can we grow up?
With as much respect as I can muster – it’s my humble opinion that one childish act does not necessarily deserve another. I believe that what goes around comes around, and it is definitely coming around for the James’ – and it is not likely to be good.
So – can we focus on the positive, please?
Thank you -

Let's Go Tech
I’ll bet that you were not in the stands chanting No More Potts, No More Potts. Look, I agree that Adam deserves to be treated fairly, but he knew what he was getting into when he complained to daddy.
Maybe ...
In fact … probably.
I am all for free speech – don’t want to protect or defend any specific person here. Just an observation. Keep it going …

what happened to this country? whatever happened to voicing our opinion????????/
this country used to fight for what they wanted, express what they thought needed to be done or not done, fought for rights! Now, not so much. we just sit at our computers blogging back and forth, bla bla bla…
So making a poster stating our opionons is frowned upon and childish now too?
welcome to political correctness

This would not help
Let the battle stay in the courtroom and not at the Spring Game. It would effect many more players than AJ and from what I can tell, the players were the first ones to move on. Besides, Leach’s case looks stronger and stronger with each deposition. He will win. This is not AJ’s fault. It was a fatal cocktail of his Dad’s meddling mixed with and inept administration with a twist of the ridicuouls.

Dad would have had nothing to work with
If AJ hadn’t lied and taken the electrical closet video

Did he do that on his own or did Dad ask him to do that ?

Perhaps as much as any of the comments about James....

Here you go, Damien.
Ted Ligget, counsel for Mike Leach, says Craig James admitted he has hired Spathe Communications Group out of Dallas, and that Spathe Communicated with Texas tech in a manner to manipulate messages to the media regarding Adam James and Mike Leach. Including actually using pseudonyms to go online and blog and try to shake the nature of the news.
Ligget also says they stand by sworn testimony from Trainer Steve Pincock and several others, that Adam James was never told to go into an electrical closet. Ligget says Adam admitted under oath, that while in the media room, he was told to stay there, and that he didn’t follow instructions and that he went into the electrical closet and he took the film.
Accurate time lines on these events would help, but perhaps not prove some important things. Spaeth is involved in the pr campaign initiated by Craig James. One might think that the date of that hire is important, but perhaps not so important. I wonder how well CG knew Spaeth…did he talk to them early, even while AJ was in the dark room, and get their advice to film…and then tell AJ to get some film…some bad film….the motives behind the film, IMHO, can be enlightening…..

My qestion: "Does it matter?"...
Was a question about the ethics/morals/moxy/character/what-have-you (or lack thereof) in one Adam James.
Does it matter whether or not Daddy James told Baby James to do those things?
To me…it doesn’t. He did it knowing that it was deceitful and wrong. He didn’t have the balls to stand up to his dad. I don’t feel sorry for the stupid #$@! and I’m glad he’s getting hell at school for it.
All that aside thank you for pointing out the Spaeth involvement and the spin that they facilitated in their disgusting smear campaign over our beloved Captain.
They have just joined the group of sub-humans involved who deserve to be dealt with publicly.
I’m not going to mince words…I hope they all suffer a horridly cantankerous fungal something or other in their nether regions that keeps them up every night because I know that their conscious certainly doesn’t.

IF... Leach had changed and the team hated him...
AND IF… AJ was indeed just an innocent injured kid who was treated innappropriately…
AND IF… it was Leaches fault…
AND IF… the team actually supported AJ and he worked hard for his team…
AND IF…well IT DOESN’T MATTER!!!!!
Leave the kid alone. His teammates will handle him. If you’ve ever played sports you KNOW this is true.
Let’s just WRECK ’EM!!!!
