Let’s hope she doesn’t repeat her ejection for the next 3 yrs she is at Baylor. Perhaps we should prepare by putting helmets on our players before we play Baylor lol

Bad deal to see happen on a basketball court.
I give kudos to Barncastle for her good, physical play against Griner, that is a tough assignment and she did her part. I think she worked Griner over pretty good in the earlier game at Baylor as well. A punch is not warranted, but I can see why.
I am all eyes for the NCAA to see what happens from them and from Baylor. I remember an elbow that dangerously injured at TTU player vs some team in oklahoma a few years back…the TTU players was seriously injured and required lots of attention getting an eyesocket rebuild…the other guy was hardly reprimanded…it was a kind of typical bb play, being elbows and all, and not a punch…but there are some similarities worth considering.

Esmir Rizvic was the Tech player and Longar Longar was the OU player. That elbow was intended to injure and a cheap shot as well, and he only got 6 games if I remember correctly. Rizvic, howerver, was gone for the season after that.

It looks like an automatic one game suspension from the NCAA
as minimum from them…they could rule additional, and the Baylor program could rule additional….

She should be banned from the sport
but I would imagine that won’t happen. Should she not be banned, perhaps hance and myers could take her place and be banned.
