The game “at Rice” was hardly that, there were 70,000+ there and not even 1000 were Rice fans, hardly an away game

Is Tech +3 or Texas will win by 3 points, generally in the betting world home is worth three points so they are saying less than a touchdown difference between the two teams with a slight edge to Texas. Sounds pretty close to a tie for me, but then again we were -17 against SMU.
