Endzones are enough for me. I’m a little oldschool and think football fields need to be green. Actually my highschool field was partially green with dirt patches throughout.

The field is striking and ugly.

It would be difficult, at least at first, to follow a game…perhaps that is the idea behind this thinking, a form of home field advantage.

I think the NCAA has formalized some kind of standard on green. I think that is the right way to go.

as for me and my house, we chose the Lord.

Maybe an all black field would help make the offensive linemen look a little less fat?

Especially if their uniforms are all black. We could do it as a self-esteem initiative. We will need to install brighter lights to see anything happening on the field though.
