Around SBN: Despite Relocation Drama, Coyotes Overcome Adversity

Apparently he can't be stopped in the NFL, either.

How sweet would it be if he topped 2,000 yards?

Too bad we didn’t play football while he was at Tech.

Simple rule of thumb: Everything before the but is BS.

Proud Wes is a Red Raider

I hope Baron Batch can come back from his knee surgery as well as Wes has.

Agreed

Wes has been incredible to watch in the NFL. I can’t think of any two better representatives of Tech football. May not have been the prized 5 star recruits, or thought of as NFL talent coming out of the combine, but they’ve got the right attitude, focus, discipline, and determination that should put people like Ocho-crappo & t.o. to shame.

NFL scouts don't no shi-ite...

None of these 3 were invited to the combine…. and if memory serves, neither was Zach Thomas – another chap who had a half way decent pro career…

Danny Amendola continues the Slot Receiver Tradition

Hope Danny can continue this tradition with the St. Louis Rams. Although he got injured early this season (dislocated elbow), I think he has all the potential to continue in the Red Raider slot receiver tradition and maybe give Wes a little competition!

Wes probably won't get 2000 yards, but he will have a great year

That is if another injury does not slow him down or end his season. An article was ref’d here about him, where he mentioned his awareness on the field. Few people can understand exactly where a play will develop, before it ever starts. He sees those things. That is why he seemingly always makes the right decision. His football sense is unmatchable. If getting those numbers can happen, Wes is one of the few that can get it done. i hope he surprises me and does reach those numbers. That would really be cool. The way things are going in SF, Crabs may be ready to rejoin Wes somewhere soon. Now that woudl be nice, and have someone named Harrell throwing the pill to them. MMMMMMMMMMM. Sounds nice. Amendole, too can put up some huge nubers when healthy. If he returns in as good shape as did Welker and Crabs, he could also reach those big numbers. I just wish Crabs actually had a real QB throwing to him. I anxiously await seeing him do the same things in the pros we got to see him do at Tech.

I hate the NFL but DirecTv gets my extra $60 a month so I can watch our boys. Unfortunatnly I grew tired of watching SF for only two plays a game and Welker doesnt suprise me anymore, Danny is hurt so Cam Newton gets most of my attention
