I feel bad for Barncastle. That was one of the most violent acts I have ever seen in a basketball game and what does it get…2 game suspension. I have zero respect for the Baylor coach after seeing how she handled that situation.

Baylor should have suspended her the rest of the year. just goes to show Baylor doesn’t care about building their bball players important attributes….like character, but just winning bball games.

Ohio State

Jim Tressel wants to extend his suspension to 5 games but I doubt that will get the NCAA off Ohio State’s back. They don’t like being lied to. Just ask Dez.

I’m curious how this one is going to turn out.

But I think that to$u and big 10 sort of run the NCAA and only to$u, u$c and maybe texas and notre dame have the clout to get away with this. We saw what a joke u$c has made of their sanction, Ohio state will do the same.

Tech men's baseball, women's softball and women's tennis all win

Texas Tech obtained huge wins in three sports. In baseball, the men beat Baylor in Waco in the series opener 6-5 with a dramatic, bases loaded diving catch by Barnes in the bottom of the ninth to preserve the victory. The women won in softball, also on the road, in Florida 8-4. The women’s tennis team beat Kansas in the conference opener for both 6-1.
