Leach Denied Access to Big 12 Media Days at Texas Tech's Request
Mike Leach was denied a media credential to the Big 12 Media Days according to hosts of the Austin sports talk show, The Sports Buffet. The hosts, who are broadcasting from the event, said Leach requested the credentials based on his affiliations with the SiriusXM College Sports Nation channel where he hosts a show. According to the hosts, Texas Tech officials stepped in to prevent Leach, who is in town to promote his new book, from gaining access to the media event. I don't have a link yet to the audio but will update if I find additional information.

I don't know if the claim is true
or not, but it does sound like something that scumbag Hance & cronies would try to pull. Wonder what he is afraid of ? Oh yeah, I know, the truth might come out about the entire Hance/James led fiasco.
Well, if Tech "officials" hadn't stepped in....
….. someone from ESPN probably would have.

Very nice Chancellor Hance. You’re batting .1000 on this.
If you're talking to Coach Rainman, whatever you do don't bring up the subject of weather.
Tech "officials" = Kent Hance = NOT REAL TECH PEOPLE
Let’s call this one out too. This action does NOT represent Texas Tech, it represents the political arm of Hance overstepping again, and making Tech look bad. We’ve disowned, disavowed, and as fans, students and alumni we’re no longer allowing the “shadow” board to represent us or the University we love.
CALL BULLSHIT ON KENT HANCE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
"What the hell did you do that for"... Tubs Mom
hey kent
Suck it. You, james the coward, and bobby can suck it

He continues to put Tech in awkward positions
and Tech continues to step in it. I make a motion to remove Hance the BOR’s whose hands were in the Leach fiasco. Second?
Second second.
