SMQ and EDSBS Like Texas Tech

This is high praise. Two blogs that I admire for their overall depth and knowledge of college football have Texas Tech in their current Blogpoll. First up is Sunday Morning Quarterback, who has based his poll on actions on the field to date. Nothing more. That being said, he has the Red Raiders check in at #19. The Red Raiders made his "Body Bags of Simple Cruelty" category which was appropriate after Monday's win.

Next, Orson at Every Day Should Be Saturday has Texas Tech ranked #22.

The common theme? Texas Tech crushed an opponent, on national television with everyone to see. That's the sort of thing that will get you ranked more often than not.
