Yesterday's press release confirms that you'll be able to watch the sping game on Raider Vision All-Access. I'm sure that you'll have to pay to watch and I still maintain that this would be a great thing for the spring game to be free, but so long as I get to watch the game, I'm relatively happy.

You've got lots of options to watch a ton of Texas Tech athletics, so spend the day with your favorite university. By the way, the weather is going to be tremendous.
